Jio Brand Launch

Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre Launch

We catered to over 15000 guests across three days, in a multi-cuisine set up at the grand launch of Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. Cybage Annual Family Bash

Cybage Annual Bash happens each year in a big way and entails some great moments with performances by the Management as well as celebrities. Foodlink planned the F&B Experience with seamless execution, forecasting the quantity of food to be cooked, effective buffet planning and food service.

Serum Institute Of India Employee Meet

This was the annual Employee Get Together organized by Serum Institute. The event was attended by Adar Poonawalla, top leadership as well as other employees. Goa Fest 2012

Goa Fest 2012 is an annual IP of the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) and Ad Club Bombay. The delegates were from across South Asia and included global leaders, under-30 marketers, major client organizations, and communication groups. Foodlink catered all meals alongside the hotel at this power-packed conclave.

NAPCON 2018
AHMEDABAD

The 20th National Conference of Pulmonary Diseases (NAPCON 2018) was held in Ahmedabad from 29th November to 2nd December 2018. The event witnessed highly successful participation. About 3,000 delegates from across the globe were served lunches and dinners over 3.5 days, culminating in a gala dinner featuring a variety of Indian and international cuisines. We also set up an all-day café for the guests. Meals for support staff were provided as well.

PLASTINDIA Exhibition
AHMEDABAD

PLASTINDIA is an exhibition specifically dedicated to the plastics industry. About 3,500 delegates from across the globe were entertained at a gala dinner featuring a variety of Indian and international cuisines. We brought in experts for authentic regional cuisine from across India, as well as international cuisines popular with global travelers.

International MICE Events

Gulfood Exhibition

Gulfood is the world’s largest annual food and beverage sourcing event. 2022 event featured 4,000 exhibiting companies from 120 countries. With an estimated attendance was slightly below 100,000. We set up multiple kiosks in the exhibition area serving biryanis, chicken curry meal, and other such mini meals. Our restaurant India Bistro at World Trade center also offered live chats & Indian buffet with lot of live counters. We also provided packed meals to DWTC.

Tata Motor’s Dealer‘s Meet
LISBON

Catered to Tata Motors’ Dealer’s meet and Rewards and Recognition program in Lisbon from 6th to 10th July. Curated specialised meals for all the guests across three hotels, namely, Carlos Lopez, Intercontinental and Corinthia. We curated a bespoke menu that catered to the discerning tastes of premium commercial vehicle dealers from various regions. This culinary experience was a fusion of different regional cuisines, offering a wide variety of options that showcased the diversity and richness of community-specific cuisine.

Asian Paints SPM Meet

Foodlink hosted an SPM meet for Asian Paints at the most exotic destination in the world, Maldives, in association with travel partner, Thomas Cook. With over 300 corporate employees gathered for this special occasion, Foodlink was the caterer at this secluded venue.
