We are the preferred partners of luxury hotel properties across the world. We also have affiliations with Michelin-star restaurants and food design companies, who we often collaborate with to create larger-than-life experiences.
We gauge the local strengths via detailed research to determine the availability of local infrastructure, ingredients & equipment. We identify and incorporate famous local specialties of the destination and source high-quality local ingredients for seasonal menus.
Authentic Indian ingredients are carefully selected and sourced from authentic & verified suppliers and transported to the destination.
The menus are curated by incorporating the hotel’s culinary strengths, supplemented by our chefs’ specialties across all meals, to create a unique medley of Indian and global cuisines. We offer globally trending culinary solutions through our associations around the world. We understand the brief and collaborate with hosting venues to make optimal use of their culinary resources.

Catered to almost 1,000 guests in Manama, Bahrain, at the wedding of Diya Mehta, daughter of Russell Mehta (CEO, Rosy Blue), and Ayush Jatia, son of business tycoon Amit Jatia (Managing Director, Hardcastle Restaurants – McDonald’s India franchise).

Khan Sajan Wedding IN BARCELONA
More than 1,100 guests were catered to in Barcelona on board the Italian Concordia-class cruise liner, Costa Fascinosa, for the wedding of the only son of Rizwan Sajan, founder of the Danube Group.
